What to Set Up First

Create student leadership for build, programming, electrical, drive team, scouting, awards, media, outreach, and business.
Recruit mentors for fabrication, software, wiring, CAD, fundraising, travel, safety, and project management.
Choose a meeting rhythm that gets heavier during build season and lighter during training or outreach months.
Build a first-year budget for registration, robot parts, tools, travel, meals, lodging, team shirts, and emergency spares.
