Prepare for kickoff, inspection, judging, pit work, matches, and event logistics.

Season Planning

At kickoff, read the game manual, list ways to score, and decide what the robot will intentionally skip.
Freeze major design choices early enough to wire, program, test, and practice driving.
Pack tools, chargers, spares, bumpers, safety glasses, awards materials, and team paperwork before event day.
Assign pit crew, scouts, drive team, queuing helpers, safety captain, and a mentor who tracks the schedule.
