FLL Challenge

FLL Challenge Team Meetings

Organize a small team, steady meeting rhythm, and coaching structure that lets students own the work.

Meeting Basics

  • Aim for 2-10 students so everyone gets meaningful time building, coding, researching, and presenting.
  • Coaches organize meetings, ask guiding questions, handle registration, and keep the team on schedule.
  • Split meeting time between robot game practice, innovation project work, Core Values, and sharing progress.
  • Adults can teach skills, but students should make design choices and explain their own work.
